The photo exhibition The Breath has been nominated for the Swedish Art and Business Award by the association Kultur och Näringsliv. The Breath was arranged during the summer of 2022 by Nederman in collaboration with Dunkers Kulturhus. The exhibition focused on the air we breathe, live in and its importance for our lives.
The Swedish Art & Business Association annually awards the Swedish Art & Business Award. The basic idea is that a collaboration between business and culture should be of mutual and long-term benefit for both parties. The jury includes H.K.H. Prince Carl Philip and the association’s CEO Anders Boman. The prize will be awarded on May 15 in Varberg.
About The Breath
The Breath is an outdoor exhibition containing 26 works by 17 international photographers, researchers, activists and more. The exhibition took place in the green area and the promenade at Kungsgatan in Helsingborg. The exhibition included works by the Helsingborg photographer Olof Jarlbro, Naem Mohaiemen and Judit Hersko. The exhibition was created in collaboration between Nederman, Martin Schibli at Dunker’s cultural center and the curator Veronica Wiman.
